“As a company, for the last three years, we have come to a realization that many people around the world lack some form of happiness so the company has decided that for every third Wednesday in the month of November, we identify a home to make some donations to children to bring happiness to them. The day has been dubbed ‘Make happy, be happy day’, and is celebrated in all our operational countries that no matter where people live, everyone has the right to be a happy childhood,” he said.

He promised that the company will make more donations to other such institutions.

“McVitie’s promises happiness to the world with every bite, hence this gesture to these children at Osu children’s home. Happiness is contagious so together we can spread it far; wide and near. I believe that in December, we will visit three additional homes to make similar donations. We will repeat it here at Osu children’s home, Dzowulu special home and one children’s home at Bawjiase in the Central Region.”
