Work at the Western Diamond Cement Ghana limited at Bokro near Apowa in the Ahanta West District of the Western Region, came to a standstill on Saturday, August, 27 after one of the workers lost his life under heart-wrenching circumstances.
The deceased, whose identity is yet to be disclosed by the Management of the Company, reportedly slipped from a spot he was sleeping out of tiredness and fell directly into an operating machine.
He was grinded to death before a colleague who was with him earlier, came back to see his mutilated body in the Machine.
The body has since been deposited at the mortuary whilst investigation continues.
