Two out of the six remaining contestants of the Citi FM’s talent hunt show, Voice Factory, will be eliminated this week, leaving the final four who will be competing for the prize Ghc5000.
Sunday [August 14] was the last performance edition of the third edition of the Voice Factory, and Wednesday’s eviction show will be the final one before the grand finale, which will be held at the forecourt of Citi 97.3FM.

About the Voice Factory
This edition of the Voice Factory is the third. It has been dubbed ‘The Gospel Edition.’
The show started with ten contestants who were drawn out of 34 who auditioned.
As the weeks progressed, Carl Selasie Dzata, Gerard Amavi, Maame Abena Ankomah and Kwenorkie Adela were evicted. Carl was brought back after a poll on social media was conducted, and the remaining contestants also voted for who they wanted to come back.
Another contestant, Michelle Amankwa, also dropped out at some point due to ‘reasons beyond her control.’
The three judges who have been with the show from the beginning, JB Allotey, Edinam Bright-Davies and the legendary KK Kabobo, have a 70% influence on which of the contestants stays in the competition, while listeners have a 30% influence.
Listeners vote for their favorite contestant via Facebook and on Twitter. The polls always stay on for twenty four hours.
The show is broadcast live every Sunday, and is hosted by Citi FM’s William Parker-Benin.
