Beauty comes with a positive attitude and a smile on your face and vision board will give you just that.

A glass of ice cold water will wake you up, kick-start your metabolism, and it will put some life back into you and into your skin.

Stress plays havoc with your health and your appearance, so a morning meditation session, when there is nothing to distract you, could be what you need to keep you calm and relaxed during the day. Anyone can do it, just sit quietly, focus on your breathing, and clear your mind of all the clutter for a while.
