About 24 students of the Kumasi Senior High Technical School in the Ashanti Region sustained minor injuries in a fire incident at the school on Tuesday morning.
The fire started in the school’s box room around 3: 30 am on Tuesday morning.
The Headmaster of the school, Amponsah Bediako, told Citi News that the students sustained minor injuries while escaping for safety.
He said school authorities were able to extinguish the fire before personnel from the fire service arrived at the scene.
