4G LTE operator, Surfline Communications, has introduced another convenient way for customers to top-up their Surfline account and activate their 4G LTE internet bundles.

[contextly_sidebar id=”ffwLwyheVZdlaZmnj4KF82O49v0BUi1z”]The new method will require customers to simply enter the application code *718*77# on any mobile device to access the menu, which will allow them to either top-up their account with cash, activate a data bundle or check their account balance.

According to Surfline, the move further enhances the company’s emphasis on customer experience that is a direct response to customer feedback.

Speaking on the introduction of the new top-up option, the Chief Commercial Officer for Surfline, Justice Taylor said,

“The introduction of this channel is a result of our culture of delivering continuous excellence with regards to customer experience.”

According to him, even though Surfline launched with a wide array of self-service options, the company saw the need to add this new service to the options available to meet the growing convenience needs of customers.

“Surfline is committed to maintaining the high service experience standards we set for ourselves from our inception. Through all our business delivery models and initiatives, we constantly strive to maintain our high standards. We believe this is the key to our survival in the long term as true Ghanaian brand”. He noted.

Surfline launched in 2014 with an interesting array of self- service account management tools such as fully functional self-care portal (MySurfline) and partnerships with online top-up platforms (ExpressPay, SlydePay and Mpower).

This new top-up channel is rated by some industry watchers as the simplest of the top-up options available on the telecoms market though not the most recent of innovation.

Surfline customers will be able top-up through this channel using scratch cards, which can be purchased at Surfline Stores or from one of 200+ Surfline Retailers.
