I am an International Training Consultant, Graduate Coach and author of 2 books, who has lived in 3 countries, worked in 12 with over 40 nationalities.
I founded The Global Graduate Academy and still manage the award winning Human Capacity Development Company, SPEC Consult Limited, where I have coached and trained over 5,000 young Ghanaians and some West Africans on world-class employability skills, entrepreneurship and accessing scholarship opportunities.
My past trainees run their own businesses or work for Aljazeera, Euronews, Diageo, PwC, Bank of America, and most of the leading organisations in Ghana. Others have gained scholarships to prestigious institutions worldwide. I am an Intercultural Fluency Master Trainer and an External Consultant for the British Council and on the assessing board for Tullow Group Scholarship Scheme since 2012.
I am a world traveler, a photographer and currently listed as the 17th Most Influential Young Ghanaian and change maker under 40.
Why you should listen
I meet people pursuing career paths chosen by parents and guardians, but are trapped in different levels of fear to even rethink those choices. But there are people like me who have taken on completely different careers from what was recommended for us or got formally trained in.
We are passionately pursuing other alternative career paths and making an impact and inspiring others in return. This is possible because, like me, we all took a pause to rethink our careers, faced our fears and maximized opportunities.
Speaking on rethinking careers is my way to inspire people to follow their hearts.

TEDxAccra is annual event, where thinkers and doers of our community are gathered to create and share ideas. This year’s TEDx will come off from April 19 to 23, 2016.
The event seeks to develop and leverage the TED experience at a community level, bring together innovative thinkers to connect and discuss great ideas. At TEDxAccra, participants will take part in a TED-like experience that will ultimately equip and inspire them into boundless possibilities.
The concept is to reflect ideas and inspire thinking of a new generation of African thinkers and leaders, presenting to an audience committed to engaging and reengaging in an active and meaningful manner with the continent.
