Naa-Dakpema Dawuni Alhassan said such well-thought interventions could curtail cultural adulteration which he believes is widespread in some Ghanaian societies.

The revered Tamale chief who was excited about the Citi Caravan’s visit to the Northern Region described Citi Fm as a pacesetter in promoting cultural diversity.

He maintained that Citi FM was worthy of praise for its objectivity in news delivery and promoting national cohesion.

Naa Dakpema Dawuni Alhassan pledged his commitment to collaborate with Citi FM to intensify peace advocacy and community development in the Tamale Metropolis.

He also reaffirmed his promise to enskin Citi Fm’s Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Atta Mensah as one of his special sub chiefs.

“I was so happy to see a lot of people at the palace coming to attend the show. I was so socked because at night you don’t see people coming out to attend such gatherings and so when I came out and saw so many people I was shocked,”

“Therefore I am ever ready to enskin him so that the palace can always remember him and he can also remember the palace whenever he is free in Accra. We want to take him as one of the partners in the palace so therefore I am ever ready to enskin him as a sub chief so that once in a while we will have him in the palace.”
