At least one person is feared dead in an collision which occurred at Beposo, on the Cape Coast-Takoradi stretch this morning.
[contextly_sidebar id=”BBwAj2hNaOdCvYw60FWNQ30ve2MzmGu5″]According to an eyewitness a number of passengers who sustained various degrees of injuries have been rushed to the Effia Nkwanta Hospital.
The eyewitness, one Robert Kpeteme, narrating the incident to Citi News said the accident involved a head on collision between a BMW saloon car and an urvan bus.
He noted stated that BMW was trying to overtake three vehicles ahead of him right before the collision with the urvan bus.
The driver of the BMW died on the spot despite the attempts from first responders to resuscitate him.
The passengers in the urban bus sustained various injuries from the collision with two of them reported to be in critical condition according to the eyewitness.
