Ernest Chemist increases retail centres to reach more customers

Ernest Chemist, a leading manufacturing and retail giant within the pharmaceutical industry, is to embark on expansion drive to enable the company reach out to the under-served.

According the company, it intends to reach out to every Ghanaian without compromising on quality as it provides affordable medicine to the public.

This came to light when Ernest Chemist opened its ultra modern office at the Airport; with the aim of cutting down lead-time in reaching customers and consumers.

Speaking to Citi Business News, the Retail Manager of Ernest Chemist Limited, Adjoa Akyema Bediako Sampong said, their expansion programme is on course with a view to adding new wholesales and pharmacies to the network to get closer to the customer, thereby reducing the cost of doing business with them.

“We are known as one of the leading importing and exporting, retail and wholesale pharmaceutical companies in the country; and we are trying to reach every consumer ensuring that we provide quality which means we are not compromising on the good health of those who use our products. We will engage in expansion drive but are going to be sure that we have ultra modern shops like this one here.” She said.

The Retail Manager added, “We also want to provide people with ease that is why we are opening a lot of branches around the country especially in Accra by making sure that we are easily accessible to all.”
