A farmer and palm wine tapper, Kwesi Davor, believed to be in his late 40’s has committed a suicide at Jukwa, a suburb of Begoro in the Fanteakwa District of the Eastern region.

He was reportedly found hanging dead from a tree in his farm Sunday afternoon after informing the family he was going to look for foodstuffs from his farm.24e88800-0a8b-4712-86bf-d3135a6fba2f

Eventhough the motive for his death is unknown, some residents said he had a misunderstanding with his wife in the morning before going to the farm.

Meanwhile, the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Begoro hospital morgue for further investigations by the police.

According to sources, the deceased is married with four children, two currently in Koforidua and the other two staying with him in Begoro.
