To entrench its position as the leading telecoms brand in Ghana, Vodafone has launched “Vodafone Red Club” to benefit its high-value customers across the country.

The concept takes inspiration from the belief that creating an engaging platform where clients are ultimate beneficiaries produces a more passionate customer base.

The product is designed to reward the company’s high-value customers for their loyalty to the Vodafone brand. Members of the Club will be provided with Loyalty Cards to enjoy fantastic discounts when they visit partner outlets both locally and internationally.

Vodafone’s partnership with World Privilege Club – a company renowned for the provision of loyalty packages across the world – is expected to be the catalyst that will form the backbone in executing this product.

Over 10,000 customers are expected to be rewarded under this package over the next two years. This will set them on the path to accessing fantastic discounts from selected hotels like Holiday Inn, African Sun, Africa Regent, Allure Beauty Parlour, Antrak and J.S Car Rentals.

Globally, customers can also receive discounts when they visit Disneyland, HP, Hawes and Curtis, Harrods, Marks & Spencer and over Twenty-Five thousand partners across the world. Beyond the

Commenting at the launch, Agnes Emefa-Essah, Director of Marketing at Vodafone Ghana said:

“We are excited that once again we are able to deliver something unique to our customers. The competitiveness of the industry means that we are always coming out with new things. Customers, I must add, are not outsiders to our business. They are in fact its purpose and we will go to every length to make sure of that. Customers do us a favour when they allow us to serve them.”

Additional benefits of the package include retail priorities, free internet access at Vodafone internet Cafes, special invitation to some prestigious events, as well as dedicated Account Managers to take care of their needs.
