The pressure on government to explain how it allegedly signed a major power deal with wanted Norwegian fraudster in the AMERI power deal, has also triggered questions about how Parliament debated the deal in March 2015, before approving it.
According to a publication by a Norwegian news outlet, Ghana paid double the price for the power plant through a self-styled Dubai prince Umar Farooq Zahoor.
