Desmond Masopeh and Naa Ayorkor Akrong have been adjudged winners of Citi FM’s 2015 Fabulous Wedding Give-Away after fending off competition from four other couples.
Desmond and Naa win an all-expenses paid romantic honeymoon to Zanzibar and a fully sponsored plush wedding reception.
Scores of couples sent in voice notes to take part in the promotion and five were selected for the final stage with Desmond and Naa coming out on top following an intense ‘knowing-me, knowing-you-style’ love drill.
The couple’s relationship experience came to the fore as they triumphed over the other contestants in the ten-question love drill.
The other finalists for the promotion were Sybil Maku Kodjoe and Kweku Ayensu Agyemang, Theresa Yaa Kartin and Selorm Alvin, Paul Tetteh Mensah Adjieteh and Edith Quartey and Reinhard Abeiku Greene with Roberta Akosua Karikari.
The winning couple expressed relief following their win and cheekily added they were heading straight for their suitcases to pack for Zanzibar.
