Nine-year old boy shoots brother in Wassa East

A class two pupil at Wassa Attobiase in the Wassa East District of the Western Region, was shot by his brother last week  Thursday.

[contextly_sidebar id=”hnojzzNh2r0vXfyhIL2hqKOBacFircap”]The deceased only named as Bismarck had his head torn into pieces after the shot.

An eye witness told journalists in Takoradi that the two siblings were playing at the forecourt of their father’s premises at Attobiase when the older brother dashed into their father’s room and pulled a locally-manufactured gun and shot the brother on the forehead, killing him instantly.

No one could tell what ensued between the two siblings before the shooting.

The tragic incident happened in the absence of their parents.

Their father one Fiifi was said to be at his farm while the mother was at a local corn mill milling peeled cassava.

The body has been deposited at the morgue while police investigation is underway.
