The Ministry of trade and industry is negotiating to secure a one billion dollar investment to turn the Ghana International Trade Fair Centre into a multi-purpose convention centre.

The once thriving Trade Fair centre is currently in a sorry state, struggling under huge debt.
According to the Chief Director of the ministry Dawarnoba Baeka , the centre would be transformed when the joint venture agreement between Ghana and Dubai’s Eagle hills is completed.
