Mahama enters Wa township in a tricycle [Photos]

President John Dramani Mahama entered the  Wa township in the Upper West Region in a tricycle today [Monday].

The President is on a two-day working visit to the region as part of plans to drum home his “Pursuing The Vision of A Better Ghana Agenda”.

He earlier received a rousing welcome from residents, mostly supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) when he arrived in the region on Sunday.

The hierarchy of the NDC in the region, parliamentary aspirants, opinion leaders and party faithful were among the hundreds that lined up the streets of Wa to welcome the President.
