Creative art service and training institute, Riohs Originate, is bringing together fashion, poetry and live music, in a bid to celebrate the evolution of style, diversity and heritage in Ghana at an event dubbed “Joie De Vivre.”
The event, which will be on the La Paillote Takpekpe stage, Alliance Francaise on November 25, will feature talented female poets like Poetra Asantewaa, Dzyadzorm, Akosua Hanson and Apiokor, with live music from Adomaa.
The theme for the evening will be, “Innovative elegance”, and will be directed by Abdul Karim Hakib of vagina monologue fame.
Tickets will be going for five Ghana cedis for adults, G¢3 cedis for Alliance Francaise students and members, and will be free for children.
It is billed to start at 7:30pm but the gates will be opened at 6:30pm.
Joie De Vivre promises a combination of poetry, music and fashion that will thrill enthusiast to no small degree.
