Newly crowned Vodafone Ghana Music Awards artiste of the year, Shatta Wale, made an unannounced appearance at the Accra International Conference Centre on Friday, shortly after he was declared artiste of the year.
The move, which according to his management team was unplanned, attracted a massive crowd.
