A week after the launch of Vodafone Ghana’s 70-day promo dubbed ‘Yee Twi Kɔ’, the CIMG Telecoms Company of the year, has already awarded over 5,000 customers nationwide with exciting cash prizes and airtime.

The “Yee Twi Kɔ” promo, which seeks to award GHS100, 000 to the ultimate winner, is Vodafone’s way of showing appreciation to its loyal customers for their continuous support and patronage, and to celebrate the inroads it has made in the telecom sector over the past six years.

Winners expressed their gratitude to Vodafone for the mouth-watering prizes won. Prieddie Prisca, a subscriber who won GHS200 via Vodafone Cash said “after getting try again twice, I decided to give up till this morning when the Lord brought me luck”.

Commenting, Agnes Emefa Essah, Director of Marketing at Vodafone Ghana said:

“We promised to reward over 180, 000 customers’ within 70 days and so far we are on track. Promo cash winners can redeem their prizes at any Vodafone Cash agent or Vodafone Retail Shops nationwide, after successfully registering onto the money service platform. Customers can also buy airtime with their prize money.”

The Marketing Director entreated Vodafone customers to simply ‘Scratch, Top-up and Win’ or build points as they recharge, make calls, send SMS, browse the internet or purchase bundles including Vodafone RED and Vodafone X.

Meanwhile, Vodafone says customers who have been off the network within three months can still recharge, activate and win exciting prizes. The ‘scratch and win’ aspect of the promotion is open to both pre-paid and hybrid customers; however the point accumulation aspect is only for consumer mobile prepaid customers.
