The meeting was to place emphasis on the need for the United Kingdom to support Ghana’s electoral reforms and NPP’s call for a new voters’ register.

He noted that the evidence adduced by the NPP which has been provided to the Electoral Commission of Ghana, proves that the old register has been indeed bloated.

He also called on the international community to help enhance the democracy in Ghana by ensuring that the 2016 general election is conducted in a free, fair and credible manner .
