In the tribute he said “I’m so gutted by your death. Six years of dedicated service to my office and all ends in such a waste of your life. Like other members of the Flag staff House press corps, I’ve followed your report in the Ghanaian Times.”

“It was a traumatizing Thursday when I picked the regular report of the recovery process at the accident scene. Death was not what came to mind.”

“We have over the years built a strong relationship with our press corps. A very quiet yougman from the outside, but his name Samuel Nuamah  and personality was still recognizable, why, I don’t know. But anytime I look within the press corps at functions, he was one of the few I spotted, always smartly dressed with a bag behind.”
