“The primary vision is to significantly assist in minimizing poor leadership in Ghana and Africa at large. At a time when bad leadership in Africa has captured the headlines globally, it is important to exalt the few excellent leaders we have as role models, and to celebrate those leaders who have distinguished themselves in their various fields of endeavour,” he said.

“We at ExLA Group believe that good leadership guarantee development; and projecting excellent leadership can have positive effects on the young generation,” Mr. Sefa-Nyarko added.

Nominations for the awards is open for two weeks, from Tuesday 8th September to Monday 21st September, 2015.
