The Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the 2016 elections, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, is asking all members of the party to channel their efforts in educating Ghanaians about the abysmal performance of the NDC administration.

Nana Addo says the wave of anger in the party should be directed at the NDC government which has failed to live up to expectation.

The NPP has recently been in the news for the all the wrong reasons with various party members’ proffering varied opinions that portray deep cracks in the party.

[contextly_sidebar id=”EZQOskqftexgpRWC0zOJOfnsT9mbXCoe”]Nana Addo has thus called on party supporters to cease the discussion of pertinent party matters on radio.

Addressing regional and constituency executives as well as parliamentary candidates in the Eastern Region to conclude his ‘Rise and Build’ tour, Nana Addo urged party supporters to use their energies on exposing the failings of the incumbent government instead of disrupting the party’s focus with unwarranted comments.

“If people go to the radio stations let them go and point out what is wrong with the NDC and what is facing our country. Our people are down, our country is down, our education system is down, our health system is down and there is no confidence for businessmen to do their business and all that”.

“On the contrary, government policies are ruining the private sector of our country and agriculture is in decline; that should be our duty as an opposition party to point out and hold them accountable for this miserable performance that is encouraging some people to say that they have a one-touch victory in sight. We should be exposing this miserable performance” he emphasized.
