Hiplife artiste Kokoveli is back for good and is ready to release new material. The artiste, who enjoyed massive circulation with Samini (then Batman) and K.K. Fosu when they released a string of hits, says he’s “been very busy lately doing some collaborations with some of my colleagues here as well as others from Nigeria.”
In an interview with the Graphic Showbiz, he expressed his happiness about how well the local music industry is doing.
“The boys are really doing good and it is not surprising that they are getting gigs to play in Europe and in other African countries.”
He further advised his colleagues to be serious with the business bit of showbiz.
“We have to take what we do seriously, it is our profession and what feeds us. This is showbiz which means show and business so we need to take the commercial part seriously by delivering what the people want.”
