Police seize 109 parcels of ‘Indian Hemp’ in Madina

The Police have intercepted 109 parcels of a substance suspected to be Indian hemp in a vehicle in Madina, Accra.

Another 8 big bags of the substances were found in the van.

[contextly_sidebar id=”bLlSvCd3YrL9DWnetKWjC8gHutxhEdmw”]The Adenta Divisional Commander Chief Superintendent Martin Ayiih in an interview with Citi News said, the substances were found in a Hyundai minibus after the driver of the vehicle abandoned the vehicle around the P&E engineering Services.

According to Chief Supt. Ayiih, the driver ignored signals by the Police to stop the vehicle at the Adenta-Oyarifa junction and later abandoned the vehicle at Madina.

The Police have promised the driver will be smoked out of his hideout soon.
