This was the night when hip hop music in Ghana was supposed to make a statement to the doubters. Tigo Music collaborated with Bbnz and brought us this year’s Bar Concert.
The event was held at the World Trade Center and it was indeed a packed house.
The “unsullied” artists performed first; then the big boys in Gh music treated the audience to some big hits. On the night, the concert was trending on Twitter.
It started with the hashtag #TMBC but #Bar2Concert later took over and was the number 1 trend in Ghana. We went on Twitter and captured some of the concert and some reactions just for you.
