The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has presented to the Electoral Commission, what it claims is evidence that Ghana’s voters’ register is bloated and is thus demanding the creation of a new one.
Speaking after a press conference on Tuesday, the NPP’s Vice Presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia said they have uncovered evidence that shows that close to 80,000 Togolese have also registered as Ghanaians in the voters’ register.
