Three persons arrested in connection with the violent clashes that occurred in Tuobodom in the Brong Ahafo Region have been remanded in Police custody.
The Police arrested eight people in connection with the crime.

The remaining five are still in Police custody assisting with ongoing investigations.
Speaking to Citi News, the Deputy Regional Commander for the Brong Ahafo Police, Chief Superintendent Emmanuel Twumasi stated that the town is calm now.
“The place is calm now. Eight people have been arrested, three have been sent to court and they have been remanded in Police custody. The case has been adjudged to the 24th of August,” he said.
Five people were shot dead in Tuobodom when gun-wielding men on motor bikes fired several shots at them last week.
A vehicle and one house were burnt down in the process.
Subsequent reprisal attacks also saw three houses burnt.
