This year’s Best teacher award ceremony will be held in Tamale, the Northern Regional capital.
This was disclosed by the Northern Regional Director of the Ghana Education Service (GES), Alhaji Haruna Cambodia.
The day which is set aside by government to recognize the efforts of hard working teachers will take place on October 5, 2015.
Alhaji Haruna Cambodia said a committee has already been set up and tasked to organize the event.
The event will take place at the Tamale Jubilee Park.
