Traders have returned to the Tetteh Quarshie interchange, and taken over the pavement ways with their wares.
The situation is said to be causing serious discomfort to pedestrians who are mostly forced to use the streets instead of the pavement.
City authorities sometime back sacked the petty traders from the pedestrian walkway to allow for free movement.
