Charles Antwi, the man who was arrested at the Ringway Assemblies of God Church in Accra for illegally carrying live ammunition has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment.

President John Mahama and his family as well as the Chief Justice, Georgina Woode worship at that church.

Charles Antwi had admitted that he went to the church “to kill Mahama” claiming that he was destined to be Ghana’s President after the death of  John Evans Atta Mills.
