A 55-year old lecturer at the University of Health and Allied Sciences has committed suicide in his residence at Voradep village; a suburb in Ho in the Volta region.

His body was found on Wednesday and deposited at the Volta Regional hospital mortuary for autopsy as Police commence investigations.
His family members and colleagues are yet to come to terms with the situation as they wondered what could have triggered such a bizarre death of Winfred Ametefe who once served in the British Army in UK.
