Jubilee field cuts gas supply to Ghana gas

Tullow reduces oil production by 3,000 barrels

Gas export from the Jubilee field to the Ghana Gas onshore processing plant has been temporarily halted.

[contextly_sidebar id=”j01r7eoCH3DZzBF5KYXhAbzch3kXL9tT”]According to lead mangers of the jubilee oil field, Tullow the halt in the production was unplanned.

It is unclear what lead to the disruption and how long the suspension will take but according to Tullow in a press statement all efforts are being made to restore supply.

There are fears the latest development may intensify the ongoing power crisis.

Ghana Gas company was unavailable to comment on the matter.
