To consolidate its position as the leading Telecom Business brand in Ghana, Vodafone Ghana through the Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS) platform, has launched a loyalty package for its enterprise customers.

Referred to as ‘Vodafone Esteem’, the concept takes inspiration from the belief that creating an engaging platform where clients are ultimate beneficiaries produces a more passionate customer base.

[contextly_sidebar id=”VtyxUQB6mQ0vwGwF5Z8ng3MnxX1UVIoI”]The package comes with a card that affords customers access to worldwide discounts on brands such as Apple,Hawes & Curtis, and Hewlett Packard.

Additionally, it also has discount schemes with local and foreign partners from a wide range of sectors including hospitality, car rentals and airport lounges for its customers.

Commenting on this, Angela Mensah-Poku, Head of Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS) said: “It is no secret that putting the customer first in this very competitive telecoms landscape yields excellent results. At Vodafone, our commitment has remained unchanged over the years – to provide unmatched experience for our customers. The Loyalty package is one of the many avenues being utilised to ensure we are always leading the way”.

The scheme is also expected to help Vodafone’s enterprise customers make cost-effective decisions that will deliver convenience and accessibility all year round.

Vodafone Business Solutions (VBS) was adjudged the ‘Telecom Business of the Year’ at the just ended Ghana Telecom Awards (GTA).
