As many Ghanaians pour out their frustrations and anger over the worsening economic conditions in the country, the founder and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International, Arch Bishop Nicholas Duncan Williams has challenged Christians to keep praying for the nation.

According him, if Ghanaians follow the actions of politicians, “we won’t do what is expected of us as Christians,” he noted.

“I will continue praying for Ghana regardless of who is in power,” the Arch-Bishop emphasized.

The church leader made the comment at the maiden annual ‘Republic Day National Call to Prayer’ meeting in Accra on Wednesday.

The prayer session was held simultaneously in various regional capitals across the country.
