On Tuesday, the President and the Ghana Prisons Service launched “Project Efiase” at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.
The project is a 10-year strategic development plan by the Ghana Prison Services Council aimed raising funds and solicit the needed resources for prisons across the country.
