The full autopsy report on the British woman who was allegedly murdered by her Ghanaian husband has reportedly gone missing.

[contextly_sidebar id=”JPKcy9e8ubwW28knMLn6eWHR09NQkWEp”]The prosecution revealed this in court on Monday, June 29.

According to the prosecution, after several attempts to retrieve the report, authorities of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital morgue indicated it was nowhere to be found after the pathologist submitted it.

The husband of the deceased who is a UK-based Pastor, Eric Isaiah Adusah, has been charged with murder after his wife was found dead in a bath tub at the Mac Dic Royal Plaza Hotel in Koforidua on March 20.

The deceased, Charmaine Speirs, who was said to be three months pregnant was on holiday with her husband.

She is said to have died of “overdose of opiate heroin.”
