Old Fadama residents return home [Photos]

Hundreds of residents of Old Fadama who have willingly agreed to return to their home towns in the North, have been provided with free buses to convey them.

About five Metro Mass Transit buses have been packed at Agbogbloshie ready to transport them back home.

Citi News gathered that some of the residents will be heading to Tamale, Savelugu, Wa, Yendi and Bimbilla.

Thousands of Old Fadama residents were rendered homeless last Saturday after their homes were demolished by the Accra Metropolitan Assembly.

However, government has promised to convey those who willing want to return.
