Prosper Kpogli Darlington, denied the charge and was admitted to bail in the sum of GH₵100,000 with two sureties one of whom should be a civil servant.

Mr Ayeh inherited debt of four customers totalling GH₵ 5,200 and the four customers confirmed they had paid the money to Darlington.

When Darlington was confronted he admitted that he had collected the amount and he would pay later.

However, on his assumption of duty from his leave, Darlington could not give reasons for non- payment of the sum.

The management of Fanmilk Ghana Limited decided to conduct auditing into his transactions.

The prosecutor said on May 15, management lodged a complainant with the Police and Darlington was admitted to Police enquiry bail.

When Darlington could not give reasons for his actions, management conducted a forensic audit and it came to light that Darlington had misappropriated GHC 72, 940.44.

When given copies of the audit report, he failed to meet management to reconcile his accounts but stated that he wanted to go to Court.
