About 20 people have been killed at a fish market in north-eastern Nigeria on Monday.

They were killed after female suicide bombers disguised as beggars attacked the market and blew up.

One of the bombers is reported to have blown up in the market while another took off her vest and fled.

Although Islamist militant group Boko Haram is suspected to be behind the attack, they are yet to comment on the matter.

In its quest to fight Boko Haram, the government is moving the headquarters of the Nigerian Military to from Abuja to Maiduguri; the birthplace of Boko Haram in north-eastern Nigeria.

This, according to President Muhammadu Buhari will centralise operations of the Military as the fight the militant group as well as cut the bureaucracy and speed up decision-making.
