Voting has begun in some constituencies across the country to elect new members of Parliament for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Voting has already began in the Okaikoi North constituency and Seth Adjei Baah who is one of the aspirants is currently seated.

Reports indicate that party paraphernalia are on sale at some voting centres.

In the Nzema East constituency voting has still not began; Electoral Officers are present but delegates are not ready.

Voting is yet to kick off in the Awutu Senya constituency where George Andah is contesting five other aspirants.

Citi News’ Franklin Badu Jnr reports that all aspirants contesting for the seat are present at the election centre.

Over 120,000 delegates will elect new MPs to contest in the 2016 elections.
