Fidelity Bank has awarded its Direct Sales Agents also known as Fidelity Sales Ambassadors (FSA) for their outstanding performance in 2014.
The overall best winner, Eunice Boatemaa from the south east sector was awarded with valuable asset of a one plot of land and one thousand pieces of blocks to enable her start her dream house.
[contextly_sidebar id=”0sRTsjleTjSoPx2ZhYg6GLlvbEl07PIf”]Eunice also took home a cash prize of one thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 1, 000.00), three hundred (GHC 300.00) shopping voucher and a certificate.
Best Direct Sales personnel for the northern sector went to Attah Mensah. That of the south west sector also went to Milfred Amoah.
They each took home a Certificate of commendation, 40” Samsung LED TV, Galaxy Grand 2, Home theatre, DSTV one year compact subscription, Cash prize of GHC 500 and a GHC 300 shopping voucher.
The best team leader, Gideon Osei Hwidie also took home Certificate of commendation, Double Door Fridge, Galaxy ACE 3, cash pocket of ¢ 500 & ¢100 voucher shopping.
Other award winners also took received as their prizes home appliances including 40” Samsung LED TV, Galaxy Grand 2, Home theatre, DSTV one year compact subscription , Cash prize of ¢ 500 & ¢ 300 voucher
In a colourful presentation of the prizes to the award winners, the Deputy Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, Mr. Jim Baiden expressed his profound gratitude to all Direct Sales staff especially the award winners for their immense contribution to the success story of the bank.
He encouraged them to take their current roles seriously since that will open doors for them to make it into mainstream banking.
Mr. Baiden also inspired them to go after their dreams “You must believe in the beauty of your dreams. If you have bought into the Fidelity dream, believe it and you will definitely sour high in your career”.
All nineteen (19) winners expressed their gratitude to Management of Fidelity Bank for recognizing and rewarding their efforts.
The 7th edition of the FSA Awards night was held amidst performances from dancers from the University of Ghana School of Performing Arts.
