Dr. Koh discussed how Singapore transformed from a third world to a first world .
He also focused on good governance, education and the Singapore’s lack of tolerance for corruption.
The Citi Breakfast Show also concentrated on a shortage of antiretroviral drugs which has been linked to the Tema Central Medical Store fires.
