Ghana has been ranked 52 on the world’s most powerful passport index. Ghana shared the 52nd spot with Qatar, Gambia, Niger and Belarus.

The ranking shows which passports give holders the most global mobility, based on how many countries can be visited without a visa, or by getting one upon arrival.

The ranking of the world’s most powerful passports was put together by financial firm, Arton Capital, which specializes in helping wealthy individuals obtain multiple citizenships, sometimes through immigrant investor programmess.

Ghana’s passport offers access to only 66 countries while a Chinese passport offers only 74 countries.

Tied for first place are the United States of America (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK) which give holders access to 147 countries.
