In view of the current spate of judgment debts arising from international agreements between Ghana and some multi-national companies, it has become necessary for the writer to give his opinion on the subject matter by advocating for the domestication of the resolution of all disputes arising from international agreements between Ghana and other multi-national companies, especially in the oil and gas sector.

The author of this paper is a legal practitioner in Ghana and holds an LLM degree in oil and gas law.
