The Vlisco women’s awards will be held on Saturday, 5th April 2014, at the Labadi Beach Hotel – Accra.
This year’s competition selected nominees from Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
The nominees from Ghana are:
1. Ayesha Bedwei Ayesha Bedwei, a Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and a board member of the Ghana Oil Club.
2. Eugenia Mawuena Adjoa Tachie-Menson, a social entrepreneur.
3. Anita Erskine-Amaizo, founder and Creative Director of Reverbgh and Brand Woman Africa.
Vlisco believes that those who dare to dream will shape the future. Some dreams are personal, while others can plant the seed of change for women around the world, such as dreaming that all women are given the opportunity to attend school.
The winner is selected through public vote and will be crowned as the Vlisco Brand Ambassador 2014.
