Local airlines resume flights to Tamale

Local airlines have resumed flights to Tamale after halting operations there over poor weather conditions.

[contextly_sidebar id=”ITBSp7XDgRYHvdYoE9sVnYTkexuwTFVE”]Flights to the Tamale were cancelled on Tuesday 14th April, 2015 and Wednesday 15th April, 2015 by local airlines due to the weather.

Chief Executive Officer of one of the local airlines that is Starbow Airlines James Eric Antwi however tells Citi Business News local airlines resumed flights to Tamale on Thursday 16th April, 2015.

This is the second time this year local airline have had to cancel flights to Tamale due to severe weather conditions.

Local airlines were forced to cancel flights to Tamale in January this year due to the severe harmattan season.
