Budding singer Adomaa is one to watch out for. The singer is set to break through in the mainstream Ghanaian music market after successfully getting a following on social media with her beautiful mashups of Ghanaian music.

Born Joy Jasmine Adjeman, Adomaa sings like an angel. She combines a unique melange of Jazz, Soul and Afrobeat from a voice that touches the depths of the soul.

She has released two official mashups, the Baafira – Adonai Mashup and her latest installation, Evolution Of GH Music Mashup.

[contextly_sidebar id=”nyjcQwc9moOeIms0cHWddbRMXytUU6EL”]The Evolution of GH Music Mashup takes the listener to the 1960s with E.T. Mensah’s All For You, to the good old days of Osibisa, through to Amakye Dede, Paapa Yankson, Amarh Pino and the Kojo Antwi.

From Highlife to Hiplife through to Afropop, Adomaa does an amazing job singing about the Evolution of Ghanaian Music.
