The State has amended the charge sheet for former GREDA BOSS, Dr Alexander Kofi Tweneboah who has been implicated in a sim box fraud deal.

Dr. Tweneboah, now faces charges of providing electronic communication service without license and possession of illegal device.

This follows the State’s substitution of the facts of the case at the Financial Division of the Fast Track High Court, on Monday.

Initially, the State charged the accused person for SIM BOX fraud, a charge he has denied.

Dr.Tweneboah together with five others were initally arrested by a joint task force which included the National Communications Authority (NCA), and the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) on January 15, 2015.
